    By sweating, this does a couple of things, it helps to flush the impurities out of your body through the sweat glands, and for many they use it to get rid of water weight.

    They are good for the reason someone else mentioned only con i know of is you could dehydrate, so make sure to drink lots of water before/after

    Besides the previous answers there is one negative and that is that saunas are dangerous for people with high blood pressure and/or heart problems.

    Severe dehydration can also cause kidney stones so remember to drink plenty of water before and after a sauna.

    I’ve never used a sauna. One reason is people are often wanting to tan in them or under the sun. When one tans the rays age a persons skin faster.

    the benefits are to loose weight by sweating, and to help you keep healthy by sweating out the bad chimcals in your body its also useful to get rid of disease. There are no negatives in going to a sauna unless you cant stand being ina really hot place.
